well probably be moving when were done with school, but with no jobs. planning to get jobs in Seattle or start a buisness. what are the steps of moving out of state? how? anybody have any suggestions a good place to live in Seattle?

I hate to tell you this, my dear, but Seattle has a HUGE homeless population. Most of them are young. I'll bet they had the same idea you and your friend have, when they arrived. The best way to move is this: SAVE SOME MONEY!!! Work for a while somewhere else, and save every dime you possibly can. Do a lot of research into rental prices and cost-of-living in the different Seattle neighborhoods. In other words -- plan carefully and responsibly. Let me tell you: the real estate is NOT cheap there!! You might want to consider an area outside of the city...well outside!

Don't do it! Socal is WAY the hell cooler, nicer, and more fun than Seattle. You also would have a lot better opportunities for opening a business.
