Hard decision, help! which one to transfer to: U of Washington seattle or U of Michigan?

Hard decision, help! which one to transfer to: U of Washington seattle or U of Michigan? I want to major in international business and finance. Im trying to choose which school to transfer to: UW or UM. UM is about $12,000 more than UW, i just don't know whether it will be worth that much money to go to UM.
