I heard the University of Washington has a TOP medical school, but it's in St. Louis. Is it good to go to the one in Seattle instead? Because I hate the location of the actual med school.

Either school would be great for premed; it doesn't matter if the school you attend for premed has a med school or not. Premed classes are in the bio, chem, physics, math, and English departments, not the medical school. And you can apply to any med school after doing premed anywhere.
